This is an equity-based priority admission model for students who identify with one (or more) of the following:
First generation college student (neither parent has earned a four-year degree)
Racial or ethnic minority student
Low income (as determined by the district)
Any remaining spots in the cohort will be decided based on other admission factors. All admission decisions include a holistic evaluation of student readiness including GPA, teacher and counselor recommendations, school attendance, and expression of interest in an early college opportunity.
