It will allow you to reflect upon and evaluate aspects of your life, work cooperatively with peers, discuss and share openly……. and have fun! My goal for each of you is to further appreciate and value your personal health and wellness, help create balance and harmony in your lives, further develop your inner self-identities, and help provide you with essential skills to cope with with life’s inevitable struggles.
