Dear District Staff and Community Members:
Our Board has contracted with School Exec Connect, an educational research firm, to assist us in finding our new superintendent. Dr. Keith Fuchs will serve as our consultant to assist us with this search. He had conducted searches in Wisconsin and is familiar with our district.
In an effort to assist the Board in hiring our new superintendent, we have created a survey that we would appreciate your taking the time to complete. This survery will provide your input regarding the strengths, challenges, goals, and personal attributes that you would like to see in our new superintendent. This input will help the Board in determining the candidate who will be the best fit for our district. This survey will be open for your input from January 11, 2012 until February 8, 2012. Findings of this survey, along with the direct input from the Board and staff, will be presented to the Board in February.
