Gibraltar High was recognized as one of America's Best High Schools by U.S. News and World Report in 2009.  The quality of the school's educational program continues and Gibraltar High School is recognized by U.S. News and World Report in 2010 as one of America's Best High Schools.  The award is based upon selected college readiness indicators, including achievement on statewide academic assessments, and Advanced Placement programming.  More than 27,000 high schools are evaluated for this award program.  Gibraltar High School was one of six Wisconsin high schools to earn the Silver Medal Award in 2009 and one of three in 2010 - no Wisconsin high school has earned a Gold Medal Award.  The links below provide more detail about this school recognition program.
